Now consider that you can feel like you’re taking a well-earned refreshing break by reaching a certain level in your own mind.
It’s called meditation.
I try to do it every day.
It’s a ‘practice’ and I really do feel the benefits if I can set aside 10 minutes or so to do it everyday.
I quieten my mind, make sure I’m sitting comfortably.
I maybe grab a crystal to hold if I feel so inclined.
Then I simply breathe, simply close my eyes, simply focus on my breath.
My mind takes me to a peaceful place. On a little break. It’s my 10 minutes break each and every day…
