So, how do you focus on something?
Exercise your brain by doing puzzles or writing in a different style to normal. Anything that makes your brain work differently can help it to focus more.
It’s often easier to get more focus by sharing ideas, by asking for support and making sure someone is there to push or nudge you along.
Have a goal. Because remember that with no end goal, we don’t know what we’re working towards and more importantly, we can’t measure our success either. And that makes it difficult to get more focus…
