Join in with #HighlightsofHappy on Instagram 19 ~ share your happy!

Anyone who follows me on Instagram will know that I’ve posted a few smiley faces using random objects.

What started out as a totally random moment has turned into a lightbulb moment… to share our #HighlightsofHappy on instagram!  I love how the little HOH community is growing.  Please spread the word and we’ll get even more happiness being shared 🙂

To join in, simply post a pic of your ‘happy’ on IG and remember to tag it #HighlightsofHappy (so we can all find it!)  It’s open all week and every Sunday I will choose my favourite to showcase on IG and a dedicated blog post…

As long as it’s your happy and you’d like to share it, then go ahead!  Branching out into making smiley faces is optional 😉

If you’d like to, you can also include a line or 2 telling us why it makes you happy 🙂

I’ve had more lovely people joining in this week and I thank you so much for helping to spread the happiness by sharing your highlights 🙂

Don’t forget that it’s also the opportunity to link up your favourite IG happy pic to the blogpost (by copying the url of the photo you choose in your instagram).

Here are my favourites from this week…

The first happy snap this week is from @dear_mummy with her tired little one.  They had barely (see what I did there?!)  got the Pudsey face paint off and they were in the land of nod!

Next, @over40andmumtoone shared her son’s achievements… which have made a proud mummy.  And rightly so!

I could not be any prouder of this boy today. He started the day by joining in with #CiN at school and their Spotacular day. This is a first, dressing up and wearing it to school. Then he came home with an Achiever of the Week award for his stunning story writing. I saw the work earlier in the week – it was amazing. The change since September is beyond belief. As if these two things weren’t amazing enough. My terribly shy little boy stood up in front of the whole school and read out his story. Flipping amazing. He just proves that anything is possible and that, as always, he does things in his own time. Being 6 has been a journey of discovery for him. I cannot wait to see where being 7 will take him. He totally rocks.

Caroline at @BecomingaSAHM posted up her happy snap of her son’s lovely letter from school.  Tired set in and … well read for yourself!

And Karen @TwoTinyHands captured the love her son The Robot has for his Gran.  I love this picture!

Loving his Gran!
