It started on the hands and rapidly spread to the whole body. Our poor little bear was a poorly little bear. It’s times like this that, as a parent, you dread.
Our bear gets very clingy when she’s poorly and this was no exception. With a fever and diarrhoea thrown in for good measure, I slept in her bedroom with her for a few nights. Otherwise no one would have got a good night’s sleep and her recovery (and ours!) would have been considerably longer.
Thanks to modern medicine, she is now back to normal: back-chatting, teling us off and generally being a cheeky monkey.
Thank goodness for that!
