It’s Okay Not To Be Okay
With a stigma still attached to mental health, with the pressure to have to feel and be okay all of the time, it’s time to remember that it’s okay not to be okay…
You know why?
Because we’re all human and life happens.
We all have times when we don’t feel okay. And that’s okay. Remember that the next time someone asks you if you’re okay, if you’re not okay, don’t reply with the automatic, expected response that you’re okay. It might just open up some channels to your recovery and make you day okay. Or okayish. And that’s okay too.
