Hello and welcome back.  It’s time for more Positive Thinking.  If ever there’s been a time when my capacity for positive thinking has been tested to the absolute limit, it’s been over the past few months on our rollercoaster ride when we experienced a family bereavement, hubby had appendicitis, we moved house and our little girl started a new school.

True to my beliefs, I found that keeping going by facing each challenge as it comes up and remaining focussed, went a long way to keeping sane and a little way to staying positive.

So, after all that’s been happening in the VirtuallyAllSorts camp, I’d like to use this post to reflect that we are absolutely what we think.  And despite having all sorts thrown at me/us recently, I’ve remained grateful.  To help keep me focussed on the gratitude, I have started a gratitude journal, which I will soon be blogging about.

    Having suffered a heart attack and recovered from a double heart bypass and recently a major gut op, I feel I know a little about positive thinking 🙂
